Know the Rules Before You Play

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you, the player, and PH11, the Platform. PH11 is intended only for players who are 21 years old and above. By opening ph11.study, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to follow them.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, stop using the PH11 platform. Continuing to use the platform after any update means you have accepted the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Before you create a PH11 account, and for as long as that account stays active, you need to satisfy every eligibility condition listed below:

PH11 may ask you to submit documents that prove your eligibility at any point. If you fail to provide acceptable proof within a reasonable period, PH11 can suspend or permanently close your account.

3. Account Sign-Up

You need to create a PH11 account to use all PH11 games, deposit options, and withdrawal services. During registration, you must supply correct and complete details such as your full name, birth date, mobile number, and a valid payment method.

You must keep all details on your PH11 account accurate and up to date. If your mobile number, payment method, or any other personal information changes, update your account immediately. PH11 will not be liable for problems caused by old or incorrect account details.

Only one account is allowed per player. If PH11 finds that several accounts belong to the same person—based on name, device, IP address, or payment method—all related accounts may be suspended while the case is reviewed, and any balance may be withheld.

• Never give your login credentials to anyone.
• Do not let anyone else use your account to place wagers.
• Do not sign up for an account on someone else’s behalf.
• If you think someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, contact PH11 support right away.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

PH11 supports deposits through selected local payment channels shown on the deposit page. Once the payment provider confirms the transaction, the amount is credited to your account balance right away. The minimum deposit amount is displayed before you confirm, and there is no fixed upper limit; however, for large deposits, PH11 may ask for documents showing the source of funds.

Withdrawals are sent back to the same payment method you used for your latest deposit. You cannot withdraw to a mobile banking number that is not registered under your account. In most cases, withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, but the timeline may change depending on the payment provider.

• A minimum withdrawal threshold applies; the exact amount is displayed on the withdrawal screen before you submit your request.
• You can only withdraw bonus funds after you have fully met the wagering requirements.
• PH11 may ask you to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to accounts that belong to third parties or to unverified payment methods will not be processed.
• If fraud or irregular account activity is suspected, PH11 may hold withdrawals while the matter is investigated.

5. Wagering Rules

Every bet you place on PH11 is governed by the official rules of the sport, game, or event involved. When you confirm a bet, you acknowledge that you understand the market rules and accept the settled result as final.

PH11 may void any wager placed at clearly wrong odds caused by a technical glitch, feed error, or manual mistake. If this happens, your stake will be credited back to your account balance. PH11 does not honor bets placed at obviously incorrect odds.

• Once a bet is confirmed on PH11, it cannot be canceled or changed.
• Live betting is available only when real-time data is active, and PH11 may pause or suspend in-play markets at any time.
• The minimum bet amount on most markets is ₱50.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and event, and the allowed amount is shown on the bet slip before you confirm.
• PH11 may set or adjust a player's maximum bet limit at its own discretion.
• Any bet placed after an event has already ended will be voided, even if the odds were still displayed.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

PH11 provides bonuses and promotions for both new and returning players. Every offer is governed by the terms shown on the Promotions page at the time you claim it, and the general bonus rules below apply to all PH11 promotions.

• Bonus funds are kept in a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until you complete the required wagering condition.
• Make sure you meet the wagering requirement before the offer expires. If your bonus funds remain unused after the validity period, they will be removed from your PH11 account.
• PH11 allows only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per device.
• PH11 may withdraw or cancel any bonus promotion at any time without giving advance notice.
• Bonus credits cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other promotions unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• If you attempt to abuse the bonus system—for example, by creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome offer more than once—PH11 will void all related bonuses and permanently close the account involved.

7. Expected Player Behavior

PH11 expects all players to act in good faith and to follow these Terms. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may lead to temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any time while using your account.
• Trying to exploit technical errors, glitches, or security weaknesses on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game results or betting markets.
• Using PH11 for money laundering or any other form of financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or being abusive toward PH11 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy, or any other method that disguises your real location.

PH11 monitors every account for unusual or irregular activity. If prohibited conduct is identified, PH11 may suspend the account, hold any remaining balance during the investigation, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities when required by law.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Responsible Gambling

PH11 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform available and working properly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. PH11 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or data feed failures.

Under applicable law, the most PH11 will be liable for to any player in connection with platform use is the total amount that player deposited during the 30 days before the incident that led to the claim.
